    Bannershop - 活動贊助申請表 (Sponsorship Application Form)

    Bannershop 非常重視我們的社會責任，希望能為有需要的活動及團體提供能力所及的支援。我們歡迎 NGO、教育機構、慈善機構及學生會等團體向 Bannershop 申請活動贊助，並會按照活動規模與受眾目標等資訊酌情調整贊助金額。所有申請將會在申請後的 2-3 個工作天處理，並在5個工作天內以電郵回覆申請結果。

    Bannershop values its social responsibility and provides support to events and organizations within its capacity. Interested parties ranging from NGOs, educational institutions, charitable organizations, and student unions are welcome to apply for event sponsorship from Bannershop. All applications will be processed within 2-3 working days after submission and the application result will be released within 5 working days.

    請細閱下列贊助條件。只有全數同意方可符合申請資格。

    條款及細則

    1. 申請機構或申請人必須於活動舉辦前30個工作天提交申請
    2. 如申請獲審批，申請機構或申請人須於活動舉辦的 14 個工作天前遞交稿件，逾期者將視為自動放棄申請。
    3. 所有贊助產品之稿件必須交由Bannerahop核對。如果訂單金額超出贊助金額，客人需支付差額。
    4. 稿件最多只可修改一次
    5. 活動完結後，申請人需提交最少五份相片／影片給 Bannershop，當中需包含 Bannershop 贊助的產品。
    6. 贊助產品只可用於申請的贊助活動。如用作其他商業用途，Bannershop 將保留追究權利。
    7. 贊助金額不可用於運費及安裝。
    8. 如中、英版本有任何抵觸或不相符，以中文版本為準。
    9. 如有任何爭議，Bannershop 保留最終決定權。

    Terms and Conditions

    1. The organization/applicant must submit the completed application at least 30 working days prior to the event date.
    2. Successful applicants must submit all artworks no later than 14 working days before the event. Late submissions will not be accepted.
    3. All sponsored artworks must be approved by Bannershop prior to production. If the final order amount exceeds the sponsorship amount, the applicant will be responsible for the additional costs.
    4. Only a maximum of one revision to the artwork is allowed.
    5. At the end of the event, applicants must provide Bannershop with a minimum of 5 photos/videos featuring the products sponsored by Bannershop.
    6. All sponsored products must be utilized within the event as per the application form. Bannershop reserves the right to reclaim for other commercial purposes.
    7. The provided sponsorship amount must not be used to cover transportation or installation costs.
    8. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
    9. In any case of dispute, the decision of Bannershop shall be final.
